Ingredients
- 140 gr chicken (chopped cooked)
- 120 gr blanched almonds
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 40 gr coconut (grated)
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- 18 gr chutney (chopped)
- 6 gr curry powder
- 1 gr salt
Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add chicken, almonds, chutney, salt and curry powder. Shape into walnut sized balls and roll in coconut. Chill. Makes 36 balls. Randy Rigg
