- 4 equal (pieces)
- 2 eggs
- 2 loaves
- 700 gr unsifted flour
- 300 gr flour
- 240 ml potato water
- 170 gr seedless raisins in a bowl thoroughly mix
- 110 gr margarine
- 100 gr sugar
- 65 gr flour
- 38 gr mashed potatoes
- 3 gr salt
- 2 packages dry yeast
of 2 greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 6 cm loaf pans. Cover. Let rise in warm place, free from draft until doubled in bulk. Bake in preheated 190ºC oven for 35 minutes, or until done. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Colorado Cache Cookbook (1978) From the collection of Jim Vorheis
