- 3 onions (boiled)
- 2 rutabagas
- 1 leg of lamb (boneless)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 475 ml beef stock
- 375 gr peas (frozen)
- 290 gr potatoes
- 16 ml oil
- 5 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr rosemary
- 6 slices carrots (sliced)
peas are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
