Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 450 gr brown sugar (light)
- 400 ml boiling water
- 290 gr unsifted all-purpose flour
- 230 ml milk chocolate bar
- 120 ml sour cream
- 55 gr butter
- 9 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Chocolate frosting Preheat oven to 180ºC Combine chocolate, butter and water in a mixing bowl; stir until chocolate is melted. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Gradually add chocolate mixture, beating for several minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into greased, floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool; top with your favorite frosting. ----
