Ingredients
- 72 chicken drummettes marinade
- 4 jalapenos
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers
- 240 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 240 ml olive oil
- 120 gr dark rum
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 6 gr thyme (fresh)
- some green onions
-allspice and cinnamon Blend all marinade ingredients in a blender. Marinate chicken wings overnight. Use gallon plastic bags. Cook wings in a 180ÂșC oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Baste frequently.
