- 1,900 ml sauce pot over low hea the jerk spice
- 425 gr butter
- 300 gr jamaican jerk spice
- 230 ml tomato juice
- 120 gr unbleached flour
- 14 ml tabasco sauce
mixture and allow to marinate just a few minutes. Drain off any excess liquid. Serve immediately. Makes 40 to 50 Wings
