Ingredients
- 170 gr peanut butter
- 100 gr peanuts
- 110 ml cream cheese
- 45 gr margarine
- 38 gr sugar
- 30 ml milk
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
- 1 slice roll of refrigerated
Heat the oven to 190ºC . Roll out the cookie dough onto a 30 cm pizza pan. Bake for dozen to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool until cold to the touch. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, salt, margarine, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed, of an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Spread the mixture on the cookie and sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Cut into wedges.
