Ingredients
- 7 marshmallow creme
- 2 semi-sweet cho (pieces)
- 1/4 kahlua
- 270 gr granulated sugar
- 240 ml milk chocolate (pieces)
- 160 ml evaporated milk
- 90 gr nuts (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Line 20 cm sq. baking pan with foil. In 2 litre saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, butter, Kahlua and salt. Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 min. Remove from heat; add all chocolate. Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, cut in squares. Makes about 2.75 lbs. Pamphlet
