Ingredients
- 12 marshmallow creme
- 1,000 gr sugar
- 700 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 350 ml evaporated milk
- 140 gr walnut meats (whole)
- 110 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
* The original recipe calls for Marshmallow Fluff, but you may only be able to find the Creme in your area. It should work. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Combine the first five ingredients in a 4 litre saucepan. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling. The BOIL SLOWLY, stirring constantly, for 5 MINUTES. To the soft ball stage. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla and nuts if used. Stir until the chips are melted. Pour into 2 buttered 9 X 23 cm pans and let cool.
