Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 650 gr all purpose flour
- 525 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 425 gr butter
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 300 gr granulated sugar
- 80 ml water
- 30 ml molasses
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 7 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
Preheat the oven to 190ºC Cream the butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla and water in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, soft together the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Combine the moist mixture with the dry mixture. Add the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into 3 cm balls and place them 3 cm apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until light brown around edges. ----
