Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions
- 2 tumeric
- 1 lamb (ground)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 lamb mixture around skewer in
- 300 gr stale breadcrumbs
- 120 ml yogurt (plain)
- 30 gr tahini paste
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 2 gr cumin (ground)
- 2 gr allspice (ground)
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr chili powder
crushed 2 Tablespoon water Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Serves 4.
