- 1 egg
- 375 gr all purpose flour
- 120 ml honey
- 120 ml dark molasses
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 60 gr almonds
- 50 gr candied fruits
- 3 gr nutmeg
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr allspice
rack. While cookies are warm, brush with the Lemon Glaze, if desired.
