- 1 on ungreased cookie shee beat egg whites (apart)
- 1/2 roll (into)
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 90 gr nuts
- 22 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml water
- 9 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr lemon peel
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
slightly; stir in nuts. Spoon half teaspoon nut mixture onto half of the slices, leaving remaining slices plain. Bake until edges begin to brown, about 6 min. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool. Put cookies together in pairs with Lemon Filling: (beat all ingredients until smooth). Place nut-topped cookies on top. About 4 dozen cookies. ----
