Ingredients
- 9 sweetened whipped cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pie shell
- 1/2 lemon extract
- 350 ml milk
- 200 gr sugar
- 150 gr sweet potatoes
- 9 gr butter
- 3 gr flour
- 2 gr lemon peel
Bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325'F. and continue to bake until pie is firm. Serve warm topped with well-chilled sweetened whipping cream.
