Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves finely minced)
- 1 lentils
- 600 ml water
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 425 ml tomato sauce
- 240 ml water
- 100 gr macaroni
- 65 gr green peppers (chopped)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 40 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr basil leaves
Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven, except for macaroni and 1 c. water. Bake, covered at 160ºC . for 2 hours. Add macaroni and 1 c. water.
Stir together and bake another 30-45 minutes.
