Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 1 lentils (dried)
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1,900 ml water
- 120 ml wine (red)
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 package tomatoes (plum)
- some garlic
Recipe by: Elizabeth Powell Preparation Time: 2:00 In a large soup kettle, combine all ingredients except wine and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer, over low heat for 1- half hours. Add wine and tomatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes more.
