Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 1/4 port (white)
- 700 ml chicken broth
- 160 gr mixed mushrooms
- 45 gr butter
- 45 ml oil
- 34 gr tomato paste
- 14 gr parsley
Pepper, to taste Melt butter and oil in large saucepan. Saute garlic and onion slowly over low heat, 10 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add broth, port and tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes. Add parsley and freshly ground pepper. Serve.
