Ingredients
- 2 green onions
 - 1 garlic clove
 - 800 gr pork spareribs
 - 325 gr maple syrup
 - 45 ml ketchup
 - 45 ml orange juice concentrate
 - 30 ml soy sauce
 - 16 ml dijon mustard
 - 16 ml worcesterschire sauce
 - 8 gr sesame seeds
 - 2 gr curry powder
 
Place the ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a greased 13 inchx9 inchx2 inch baking pan. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour and 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the next nine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain ribs; remove rack and return ribs to pan. Cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
