Meat Loaf Bourguignon

Ingredients

  • 400 degree oven is too high for meat loaf
  • 400 degree oven
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 1/2 in depth (inches)
  • 1/2 a compact loaf approximately (into)
  • 1/2 form
  • 1/8 parsley sprigs a bowl place all the ingredients except the cheese (into)
  • 1,100 gr beef (lean ground)
  • 270 gr crackers (unsalted crushed)
  • 240 ml dry wine (red)
  • 130 gr sausage meat
  • 130 gr pork (ground)
  • 110 gr cheddar cheese (cut into)
  • 60 gr walnuts (finely minced)
  • 45 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 30 ml dijon mustard
  • 16 ml soy sauce low sodium
  • 14 gr parsley (fresh minced)
  • 6 gr salt (optional)
  • 5 gr nutmeg
  • 4 gr thyme (dried)
  • 4 gr oregano (dried)
  • 3 gr pepper
  • some garlic

I also like to remove some of the fat and juices that accumulate in the pan about half way through cooking by using a turkey baster to suction in out of the pan.
