Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 green peppers
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 240 gr pretzel crumbs
- 120 gr monterey jack cheese
- 65 gr green chiles
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 18 gr chorizo sausage
- 9 gr chili seasoning
Preheat oven to 190ºC . Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 3 cm cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
