Ingredients
- 1/4 am instant oatmeal
- 65 gr am millet flour
- 65 gr am barley flour
- 60 ml water
- 30 ml unsulphured molasses
- 30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
- 18 gr nuts (finely chopped)
- 9 gr non-alum baking powder
Preheat oven to 190ºC . Mix dry ingredients together. Stir liquid ingredients together until molasses dissolves. Stir liquid and dry mixtures just until evenly mixed. Roll dough into small balls. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Flatten balls slightly. Bake 8-10 minutes at 190ºC . Cool.
