Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatos (diced)
- 2 zuccini (diced)
- 2 summer squash (diced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tumeric
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 bell (diced)
- 1 serve over couscous
- 1 a lot (servings)
- 240 gr stewing
- 60 ml water
- 2 gr cumin (ground)
- 2 gr cayenne
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr paprika
I eliminated the cayenne, cut way down on the garbanzo beans (or else they permeate every bite) and served with a dollop of plain nf yogurt (non-vegan).
