Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 425 gr ca hormel chili no beans
- 250 gr sargento fancy supreme
- 120 ml kraft real mayonnaise
- 75 gr celery (diced)
- 65 gr pimiento-stuffed olives
- 65 gr pepper (roasted red diced)
- 65 gr green chiles (chopped)
- 60 ml milk
- 16 gr all purpose flour
- 2 gr baking powder
Combine chili and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Spread mixture into a greased 11x 7x 5 cm baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, milk, flour, and baking powder; stir until smooth using a wire whisk. Spoon over cheese, spreading evenly. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
