Ingredients
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 350 ml milk
- 240 ml catsup
- 230 gr sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 50 gr celery
- 32 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cayenne
Quiche: Toss cheese with flour. Add eggs, milk and seasonings and mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour or until set. Cut into wedges and top with Spanish Sauce. Sauce: Heat vegetables in catsup until crisp-tender.
