Ingredients
- 9 deep-dish pastry shell
- 8 spears broccoli
- 6 1/2 tuna
- 3 eggs
- 2 from center comes out clean
- 350 ml low-fat milk
- 55 gr low-fat cheddar cheese
- 40 gr green onions
- 8 gr pimiento
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 gr salt
