Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1 cranberries
- 650 gr oats
- 230 gr butter
- 190 gr flour
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 150 gr sugar
- 14 gr vanilla extract
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Recipe by: LA Times Cream butter & sugars, beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in oats and cranberries. Shape dough into 5 cm balls, place on greased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 325 until lightley browned, about 12-15 min. Remove and cool on wire racks ----
