Ingredients
- 10 tart
- 3 eggs
- 2 rhubarb
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pie dough
- 260 gr raspberries
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 120 ml whipping cream
- 1 gr vanilla
5. Pour egg mixture over fruit and bake in preheated 200ºC (200C) oven for
20 to 25 minutes, or until tart batter is quite firm.
