Orange Butter Cake

Tropical Cheese Spread 1 cup chopped dried mixed fruit 0.75 cup water 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened half cup orange marmalade * Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until fruit is soft. Drain well.

* Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy; add marm alade, and beat until blended. Fold in fruit.
