- 150 gr black mission figs (chopped dried)
- 150 gr pitted dates (chopped)
- 140 gr pitted prunes (chopped)
- 120 ml orange juice (frozen)
- 90 ml orange juice concentrate candied fruit peel (thawed chopped)
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 65 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60 gr grand marnier
- 110 ml cream cheese
- 50 gr butter (unsalted)
- 12 gr orange peel (grated)
- 7 gr baking soda
- 7 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- some chocolate glaze thickly over top
