Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 2 parsnips
- 2 broccoli stalks
- 2 cauliflower florets
- 120 ml orange juice
- 60 gr maple syrup
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml corn oil
- 8 gr sesame seeds
- 4 gr ginger (grated)
Peel carrots, parsnips & broccoli stalks, then halve vegetables lengthwise. Roll-cut the vegetables & then steam with the cauliflower florets until tender-crisp. In a large skillet, cook remaining ingredients, except the salt, pepper & sesame seeds, over moderately high heat until thick & syrupy, about 5 minutes. Add vegetables, season & gently toss to mix.
