- 120 gr quick cooking rice
- 60 ml dry sherry
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 10 gr ginger
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 5 gr green onion (chopped)
- 5 gr brown sugar
- 2 slices long
7. Serve chicken over rice and vegetables.
