Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 290 gr salmon
- 120 gr sharp cheese
- 120 gr ritz crackers
- 30 ml milk
- 16 gr green onion
- 14 gr butter
- 3 gr parsley
- 1 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr pepper
Combine 0.75 cup cracker crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, milk, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Add salmon and cheese; mix. Shape into 4 patties. Mix butter with remaining crumbs and coat patties with mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 200ÂșC or 10 minutes. Best to you, Lisa
