Ingredients
- 1/2 fat
- 130 gr zucchini in (thin)
- 85 gr mushrooms (sliced thin)
- 70 gr pasta (cooked)
- 60 gr cheese (white)
- 30 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5 ml olive oil
Stir-fry veggies in oil 2 min. Lower heat and stir-fry one min. longer till veggies begin to brown. Add white cheese. Cook half min . Add pasta and heat. Sprinkle Parmesan on top before serving.
