Ingredients
- 100 bran cereal
- 1 egg
- 130 gr carrots (shredded)
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr peanut butter
- 110 gr packed brown sugar
- 100 gr peanuts (chopped)
- 50 gr granulated sugar
- 50 gr shortening
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Sunflower seeds Cream peanut butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in cereal, carrots and peanuts. Form into 3 cm balls; place on baking sheet, about 5 cm apart. Flatten with fork. Bake at 180ÂșC (180C) for 10 to dozen minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on racks. Store in airtight container.
