Ingredients
- 10 rolls on waxed paper
- 1 egg
- 250 gr flour
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 100 gr sugar
- 100 gr nuts
- 95 gr shortening
- 30 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 6 gr lemon peel
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice rolls into 1 cm slices and bake on ungreased cookie sheets 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 80 cookies. Formatted by Mary Wilson, BWVB02B. ----
