Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 5/8 matzo meal
- 475 gr unsweetened pineapple
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 40 gr soy
- 40 gr walnuts (ground)
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat into a 23 cm square baking pan. Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
