- 3 1/2 pizza spice
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- 650 gr bread flour
- 180 ml warm water
- 100 gr pepperoni (chopped)
- 75 ml dry milk
- 75 ml olive oil
- 60 ml tomato sauce
- 32 gr sugar
- 12 gr dry yeast (active)
- 10 gr parmesan cheese
- 7 gr parmesan cheese
- 5 gr garlic powder
- 4 gr garlic salt
- 3 gr onion (dried)
* Paul Prudhomme's Hot and Sweet Pizza and Pasta Magic is very good with this. Note 1: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3.5 teaspoons of yeast for the 1.5 pound loaf. Note 2: If your machine has a mix cycle, add the pepperoni at the "add" beep. Otherwise, pepperoni should be added after the initial mix.
