- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 habanero chile
- 1,900 ml water
- 900 ml sour orange juiceorange juice
- 450 ml vinegar (white)
- 240 ml lime juice
- 12 gr kosher salt
- 5 gr black pepper
- 4 gr thyme (dried)
- 4 gr oregano (dried)
Serving Suggestions: Serve with pickled red onions and Mexican yellow rice. Garnish with habanero chile peppers and cilantro.
