- 3 tomatoes (plum)

- 1 shallot
- 575 gr potatoes (red)
- 250 gr green beans
- 240 ml water (cold)
- 80 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 65 gr kalamata olives (halved)
- 60 gr dressing
- 16 ml country-style dijon mustard
- 16 ml water
- 16 ml olive oil
- 6 gr tomato paste
- 5 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr basil (dried)
dressing to coat the salad. If making the salad ahead, refrigerate; remove from refrigeration about 1 hour before serving.
