Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 bisquick baking mix
- 475 gr pumpkin
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 55 gr margarine
- 16 ml milk
- 14 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 2 gr vanilla
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan, 10 x 10 cm. Beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread in pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
