Ingredients
- 9 pie shell
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 unbaked
- 1/2 stick
- 375 ml evaporated milk
- 110 gr bakers semi-sweet chocolate
- 110 gr bakers angel flake coconut
- 100 gr sugar
- 55 gr butter
Preheat oven to 2200ºC . Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Blend in milk, coconut, eggs and sugar. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool; top with whipped cream or whipped topping or ice cream, if desired. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
