Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 160 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 160 gr quaker oats
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 80 gr flaked
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 ml soda
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt into bowl. Add sugars, butter, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in oats and coconut. Shape to form 3 cm balls. Place on greased cooky sheets. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) dozen to 15 minutes.
