Ingredients
- 3 turkey (ground)
- 1 onion
- 14 gr italian parsley
- 6 gr pepper flakes (red)
- 3 gr ginger (ground)
- 3 gr pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 gr sage (dried)
- some garlic
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. By hand, mix into 24 2 inch by 3 cm thick patties. Arrange the patties in two very large skillets. Cook over medium heat, turning once for dozen to 17 minutes, until cooked through in the center.
