Ingredients
- 1 1/2 bok choy
- 1 long (pieces)
- 80 ml peanut oil
- 60 ml vinegar (white)
- 60 gr cashews
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 50 gr sugar
- 16 gr ginger
- 4 gr basil
- 3 ml tabasco sauce
- 2 gr mint
until hot but not smoking. Add bok choy and cook, stirring briskly, for 1.5 to 2 minutes, until it is bright green and well seared. Remove from heat, drape with cashew sauce and serve at once.
