Ingredients
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 350 ml milk
- 240 gr wild rice pancake
- 30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr sea salt
Preheat oven to 200ºC . Stir dry ingredients together. Beat liquids together in a separate bowl. Add dry mixture to liquids and stir well. Divide into dozen oiled muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
