Ingredients
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 250 gr scallops
- 230 gr buttered bread crumbs
- 140 gr lobster meat
- 28 gr butter
- 1 package mushrooms
- 1 package cream of mushroom soup
Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 180ÂșC for 30-35 minutes.
