Ingredients
- 18 equal (pieces)
- 2 lemon peel
- 450 gr all purpose flour
- 220 gr filippo berio brand olive
- 120 ml dry wine (white)
- 65 gr sugar
- 60 gr almonds (sliced)
- 12 gr sesame seeds
- 8 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 2 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 2 gr orange peel (grated)
- 1 slice lemon peel
a ball and flatten about 8 cm across and 1 cm thick. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and firm. Cool on wire rack. Store in covered container. Makes 18 cookies.
