Ingredients
- 240 gr am sesame tahini
- 120 ml honey
- 130 gr am brown rice flour
- 60 gr am sunflower seeds (chopped)
- 5 gr non-alum baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr almond extract
Cream tahini, honey, vanilla, and almond extract together, then mix in ground or chopped nuts. Mix rice flour and baking powder. Add to sesame mixture. Form into balls and place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 15-20 minutes or until barely golden.
