Ingredients
- 32 shrimp
- 10 skewers
- 9 skille slide tortillas one by one oil (into)
- 8 tortillas
- 2 green onions (cut into)
- 2 avocado
- 2 tbls
- 1 lengths
- 1 tomato quartered (peeled)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper seeded (hot halved lengthwise)
- 1 grill shrimp
- 1 salsa (fresh)
- 1 guacamole avocados in (cut)
- 1 oil in a shallow
- 1/2 remove pits
- 500 gr refried beans
- 30 ml oil
- 10 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 1 gr salt
Guest should make their own tostadas. Spread the refried beans on top of a fried tostadas. Arrange shrimp over this and spoon a little salsa and guacamole over shrimp. Then add a little lettuce, onion and cheese over the top. Top with parsley or cilantro.
