- 5 ft hog
- 800 gr pork meat
- 525 gr chicken meat
- 8 gr fennel seed (crushed)
- 6 gr pepper (crushed red)
- 6 gr salt
- 6 gr black pepper
- 3 gr garlic powder
Prepare casings. Using fine disk, grind meats and mix with remaining ingredients and grind again. Stuff into casings and twist off into 8 cm links. Age refrigerated at least 2 days.
